About

Welcome to Seaside Women's Hostel, where travel feels like home!

We are an all women's hostel, meaning no male guests will be allowed on property. While our staff is also women, please be aware that male management may be present in the case of an emergency or staffing shortage. Additionally, male maintenance team members may be on-site for necessary repairs and improvements.

For guests who'd like to socialize with a wider community, we have two sister hostels where you can connect with men and women alike. After meeting new people, you can return to Seaside -- a warm and welcoming space just for women!

Our incredible location places you in the heart of it all — just a short walk from the iconic Waikiki Beach, delicious local eateries, lush parks, and the vibrant nightlife of Honolulu.

Within our hostel, you’ll discover a charming and welcoming community. Whether you're unwinding in our cozy living room, or cooking up your favorites in our equipped kitchen, you'll find a warm, homey vibe. We also offer complimentary towels, a plethora of free beach gear, fantastic tours, our very own cafe next door, and more!

Please note that we do not have air conditioning, however our fans keep it breezy.

We do not have car parking on property, however our front desk staff can give you recommendations for parking nearby. Please keep in mind that difficulty finding parking can depend on how busy Waikiki is at any given time.

Not sure if maybe it was just my room but it was very dirty and outdated. The bunk beds are the cheap metal ones that shake a lot. When I checked in there was a bunch of towels in the room that accumulated from previous guests. The staff didn’t remove these. That bathroom was super gross. The shower was clogged and would overflow my first day. It wasn’t a very social hostel which is fine but only a couple of the staff were friendly. No parking available if you rent a car.

This hostel was amazing! They cleaned everyday so minimal sand and bathroom pretty clean. Free towels and pads. They had lots of free activities everyday for group bonding and free water gear to borrow. Free pancakes/brownies everyday. Everyone was nice/welcoming. We got a free update to a private room. The group chat was super helpful for any questions. Super closer and walking distance to many things. Only down side was no parking. The entire area SUCKS for parking so be aware (can’t control)
