Our youth hostel can accommodate 55 people in nice, colourfully decorated non-smoking rooms. You can choose between:
- double / triple rooms,
- standard 4 Bed Apartment,
- standard 4 Bed Family Room,
- standard 6 Bed Apartment,
- standard 8 Bed dormitory Room.

LOCATION
Simbol Hostel is set in a quiet and green part of South-Eastern Ljubljana. A leisurely 10 minute walk to the beginning of the old part of the town centre (Church of Trnovo) and the Ljubljanica river. From there you get to the town centre, walking through the old part of the town centre past many pubs and restaurants along the Ljubljanica river. If you want, you can take the bus to the city centre (only few minutes away).

ARRIVAL
Our reception works from 8am to 11pm
We can arrange check in also during the night but you have to inform us in advance. If anything changes in your arrival also please let us know.

IMPORTANT (confirming of arrival)
Please inform us of your expected time of arrival and confirm your booking until 5pm the latest on your day of arrival. In case you don't do that we will cancel your booking.

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax (3.13 euro per person per night) is not included in the price.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- upon arrival we accept only cash,
- cancellations are accepted only 1 day before check-in (guest arrival to the hostel) with no charge.
- inform us about your time of arrival and confirm your booking by 5pm on your day of arrival the latest.

25min walk from city center, staff is nice, room layout was a bit odd, beds in the kitchen and as I booked for two we were automatically moved to a double bed (when asked, we could only move to single beds the next day). Kitchen lacked necessities such as cutting board/cutting knifes. No common areas really, so difficult to meet people. Area around the hostel not great but close to grocery stores.

we had a horrible experience here. My friend and I came back to he hostel late at night only to find that the hostel had cleaned my friends bed and had given it to another person. meaning my friend was left without a place to sleep in the middle of the night and the reception was closed. he had to leave and sleep a at a hotel (no refund even though we asked). I was also locked out of my room at 5 am an noone could helpme get in You share 1 bathroom with 12 people so expect a line in the morning.

Good hostel. Location is around a 20-25 minute walk to the city. We used the city bikes, they were €1 for a full week, would definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly. No social activities happened in the hostel but the bed was comfy and clean!
