honestly really good stay! can’t fault it. girls in my room were all nice and helpful as well. the one thing that was a bit weird was just the unisex bathrooms/ showers all in the same place but it’s whatever really - still a good stay

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The security was also good. The problem was the room itself, it has impractical "safe" - storage space under the bed, also the sink is next to the beds. There was no seperator, no nothing between the beds for extra privacy. The room is literally just 4 beds and a sink. The latch on the "bed safe" was broken when I arrived and the drainage was poor - both of which were fixed as fast as possible due to the good staff response and maintenance.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hostel. The staff themselves were extremely rude and unhelpful and they had literal homeless people sharing the dorms with you. Extremely unsafe, unreliable and very very dirty. Half the showers were only cold water and the terrance was grass carpet…
