Booking & Payment Policies
Non-refundable bookings: Full payment will be charged before arrival to secure your reservation.
Pay-on-arrival bookings: A charge for the first night will be processed 24 hours prior to arrival, with the balance payable at check-in.
Payments accepted via Visa, MasterCard, or cash (AMEX not accepted). Card transactions incur a 1.9% surcharge.
A valid passport or driver's license is required at check-in; failure to provide one may result in cancellation of your booking.
A $20 key deposit is collected at check-in and refunded upon return.
Guests must be 18+ years old to stay.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay per person.
Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in and are subject to availability.
Reservations peak periods (e.g. Grand Prix in March) require a minimum 3-night stay and are non-refundable.

Accommodation, facilities and cleanliness were great. It’s a shame that the customer service by the reception team, specifically Marie, DOES NOT match the good experience that a guest can have. After booking for one night and experiencing the facilities I wanted to extend my stay but Marie made it so difficult to do so I had to book somewhere else. They lost money for that week and a customer for life.

Good amenities, 4 washers and dryers. 6 showers per floor, 5 or so toilets. Pretty clean, but only cleaned once during my 3 night stay. Beds great - curtain, lamp, charging points. Atmosphere wise its very cliquey. Location okay, buses to pretty much everywhere but not super central. GOKI is great - no bother with key cards. No included meals. For price and lack of good location, think it should be included.
