Booking & Payment Policies
Non-refundable bookings: Full payment will be charged before arrival to secure your reservation.
Pay-on-arrival bookings: A charge for the first night will be processed 24 hours prior to arrival, with the balance payable at check-in.
Payments accepted via Visa, MasterCard, or cash (AMEX not accepted).
A valid passport or driver's license is required at check-in; failure to provide one may result in cancellation of your booking.
A $20 key deposit is collected at check-in and refunded upon return.
Guests must be 18+ years old to stay.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay per person.
Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in and are subject to availability.
Reservations peak periods (e.g. Grand Prix in March) require a minimum 3-night stay and are non-refundable.

It was a really nice hostel in a good location, I stayed there kn two separate occasions while I was in Melbourne and the second time they gave me a free room upgrade to a private suite which was really nice. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean.

We booked to stay here for 5 nights. The hostel was okay, it’s in a great location, however upon arrival one of the ladies on reception was quite rude and not very welcoming so that instantly put us off. A little strict on rules in the rooms. Beds were comfy and everywhere was clean, although staff at other hostels a lot more enthusiastic and helpful.
