Staff were helpful and friendly. I was not too familiar with the area so it felt a bit too busy for me/packed at night, but I was told after by locals that it is a popular area & i suppose for a city break it could be expected though ive stayed at the same chain in other locations and seemed less bustling. I stayed in a female dorm, again quite busy but nice roommates.

Had a great stay for this hostel. Biggest worry before I came was how safe the location but I had no problems as there was a security guy at the door. It is far away from all the attractions but the metro stops are near. Rooms are pretty spacious and was clean. Would stay again
