What a pitty. A great hostel but few volunteers made it unpleasant. A far-right Dutch and passive aggressive Irish. The Irish changed the initial price by a miserable 1 pesos after overhearing me saying he was new and slightly stressed. Passive aggressivity is a common behavior in the UK to annoy others without taking responsibility. The Dutch volunteer was pro Polish Muslim hating policy saying, "can you blame them". Im not religious but hatred is danherous.Mexican female volunteers were lovely

I stayed at Puerto Dreams and had a negative experience with one of the staff, Francesco. He was rude and said we couldn’t use the kitchen if we were drinking something not bought at the bar. At the bar, the bartender made me pay for each drink right away, while other guests — even people not staying at the hostel — were allowed to pay later. When I asked to do the same, he said, “But will you remember what you order?” in a not-so-friendly tone. Other guests told me they weren’t treated likethat

I absolutely loved my stay here! Although I was only here for a couple of days I felt like I found a big new family 🥹! I have never experienced such a social and inclusive hostel - thanks to all the volunteers. I also enjoyed the location, as it’s in the city Center, close to the market but still in a walking distance to many beaches. Also it has the collectivo to zicatela/mazunte etc right in front of it 🤓. There are social activities hosted every day which make it soooo easy to connect and meet people oth
