I stayed at Puerto Dreams and had a negative experience with one of the staff, Francesco. He was rude and said we couldn’t use the kitchen if we were drinking something not bought at the bar. At the bar, the bartender made me pay for each drink right away, while other guests — even people not staying at the hostel — were allowed to pay later. I absolutely loved my stay here! Although I was only here for a couple of days I felt like I found a big new family 🥹! I have never experienced such a social and inclusive hostel - thanks to all the volunteers. I also enjoyed the location, as it’s in the city Center, close to the market but still in a walking distance to many beaches.
