Terms & Conditions:
1. Check-in time: from 2:00 pm. to 11:00 pm. ONLY! 'To Check in after midnight will charge 200 THB for extra services to open the door.'
2. Check-out time: from 07:00 am. to noon.
3. Payment: cash or credit card (Visa, Master) is accepted upon arrival.
4. Cancellation policy: 3 days' advance notice is required.
5. Age restriction: the minimum age to check-in is 15 years old.
6. Reception is open from 8:00 to midnight.
7. A 100 baht deposit for the key is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out.
8. Towels are not included but can be rented at the reception for 40 baht with a 100 baht deposit.
9. There is no curfew.
10. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
