Flow Spaces is a premium quality accommodation in the downtown of Budapest. Our concept is to synthesise high quality living spaces with social life and activities. The Flow Spaces opened in October of 2016, with brand new facilities, and extra services for our guests.

Our rooms situated in the historical area of Budapest, a few minutes from Danube river. The Central Market Hall is just one building from us, but with a few minutes walk, you can also get to the ruin bar area of the city. There are two subway line, and one tram line in our close area.

House Rules

01. Check in from 15:00 Check out until 11:00 (dormitories) 12:00 (private rooms)
02. In accordance with 383/2020. (VIII. 7.) Government Decree we have to scan your identification document to be able to check you in, however we do not have any access to the scanned version of the document.
03. For the booking we only accept Hungarian forint (HUF) in cash or by card. You can’t stay in the hostel unless you pay for the booking in advance at arrival, no exceptions allowed.
04. Upon arrival we ask for a 5 EUR/2000 HUF (or any type of identification card with your name on it) as a deposit for each keycard for the room that we give back when you check out. We take no responsibility if you leave your deposit at the reception after check out, you will have to pay the price of shipping.
05. You’re allowed to stay a maximum of 9 days in four months in our hostel.
06. If you leave your belongings on your bed or in the storage box after check out time, the cleaning staff will remove it and will place it at the reception. We do not take responsibility for any loss.
07. If you arrive before check in time, you can use our lockers at the reception to store your belongings for free at your own responsibility.
08.The dormitory rooms are equipped with a storage box and a small storage per bed that can be closed with a padlock (provided if necessary but we only have limited amounts, so use your own if you can). We do not take any responsibility for the items stored in these.
09.Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the building (including the stairwell). The smoking area is outside the building on the street, 5m away from the entrance.The penalty for smoking 100 EUR/40000 HuF
10. Pets are only allowed in private rooms with a 50 EUR/20000 HUF deposit that will be returned after we have checked the room and made sure that no damage has been done.
11. Only guests of the hostel are allowed to stay in the rooms. Friends and family members only allowed to be in the common areas until 18:00 but only with the receptionist’s approval.
12. After check-out you can stay in the hostel until 18:00. Sleeping in the common areas is not allowed after 18:00.
13. Any kind of sexual interaction is strictly forbidden in the dormitory rooms (yes, we have to write this down :( If you break this rule, you have to pay for the night of the other guests in the room.
14. We are not a party hostel. Please refrain from loud activities in the Hostel and inside the building, particularly between 22:00 and 7:00. During this period no loud activities are allowed including cooking, talking, listening to music, washing the dishes. The receptionists are more than glad to help you to find a bar nearby.
15. The use or possession of drugs is illegal in Hungary. Anyone found with drugs will be removed from the hostel immediately.
16. Consuming alcohol or food and bringing dishes, cups and cutlery to the dormitory rooms is strictly forbidden! Please use the common areas.
17. Any violent gesture, physical or verbal, racial or sexist remark towards other guests or the staff members of the hostel result in immediate removal without any refund.
18. Serious deficiencies in your personal hygiene can result in the cancellation of your reservation and your eviction from the hostel.
19.Even with our pest control routine we can’t guarantee that a guest doesn’t bring a bed bug into the hostel. However we do take immediate action in such events and call an exterminator service. Thank you for the cooperation in advance :)
20. You will be charged for any damage to the properties and equipment of the hostel and you will be charged for any extra cleaning work caused by your negligence or unruly behavior. 50 EUR/20000 Huf
21. Upon arrival we have the right to refuse to check you in if you seem to be under the influence of any kind of mind altering material or if any of the points stated above that can result in eviction can be applied to you.
22. If you violate the rules we have the right to ask you to leave, or in the case of non-cooperating with the staff members to make you leave with a security company without any refund.
23. Any violation of our house rules that may end with your eviction nullifies your rights for a refund, even if you have a booking for a future date in our system.
24. The reception is open 24/7, so if you have any problems please notify the reception and we will try to find a solution.
25. With the exception of check-ins and check-outs, we don’t handle tasks that require financial administration between 24:00 and 10:00 so please come back in the morning.
26. We use English and Hungarian in verbal and written communication. Not understanding any of these languages does not exculpate you, nor render your signature invalid.
