1. Check in time is 2 pm.
2. Check out time before 12 noon. Return the key.
3. Reception Hours: from 8am. to 9pm.
4. Passport is strictly required for check-in.
5. If your arrival will be delayed by more than three hours, please kindly inform us otherwise you bed will be re-opened.
6. Late check in after 9pm. Please notify us by e-mail prior to your arrival.
7. Cash (THB) payment only upon arrival.
8. Cancellation policy: Up to 14 days advance notice prior to arrival date is required.
9. Age restriction: Children below 15 years old are not allowed to stay in hostel.
10. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking area.
11. A refundable key card deposit of 300 Baht will be collected when you first check in. This will be returned to you when you check out.
12. No joiners or visitors allowed in the residential area except for the lobby.
13. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if you refuse to respect other guests or violate our house rules.
14. Lockers for your valuables are available in each guest room. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
15. After 10.30 pm please keep quiet for respecting the sleeping guest.
16. We only have stairs. If you have difficulty going to higher floors, please take this into consideration.
