The Lost and Found Hostel

The Lost and Found Hostel is Panama's only hike in jungle hostel, located in the cloud forests of Chiriqui­ Province, Panama. Located between Bocas and David (and Boquete). Unlike other hostels we are not located in a town, we are uniquely situated within the jungle with no neighbors. You will be sharing your space with nature, being visited likely by monkeys, an abundance of humming birds and other beautiful animals. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors while viewing wildlife and socializing with other guests.

Stunning views of Volcan Baru set the backdrop for this jungle lodge. Located in the Fortuna Nature Reserve, immerse yourself in nature by exploring the miles of trails inside the park or simply lounging in a hammock watching the hummingbirds visit at this majestic property.

We offer a unique and social housing experience, exciting tours, and many activities included in the price of your stay such as hiking and treasure hunts, and waterfall excursions. We have a varied menu for breakfast and lunch with vegetarian and vegan options. Every evening, at 6pm, we have a family dinner where all the guests get a chance to get to know each other. The social vibe continues into the evening in the jungle bar with good music, drinks and fun games. The bar is located away from the sleeping areas, so whether you are looking for a fun and social atmosphere or just to relax and recharge for your next adventurous day, there is something here for everyone.
