Property Policies:
1. Check-in from 2 p.m to 12 am (please inform us in advance if you check in after 12 am so we can arrange your room accordingly) and check-out before 12 p.m.
2. We accept credit cards (Visa or Master Card with a 3% banking fee) and cash payment upon arrival.
3. 3 days advance notice for free cancellation.
4. Dorm rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor with no Lift.
5. Age Restriction: Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the Dormitories.
6. Reception Hours: The front desk is at 24-hour service or you can contact receptionist anytime by whatsapp or handphone.
7. Please bring your Padlock for using the locker.
8. Pets are not allowed in the hostel.
9. Security cameras are installed at all lobbies in the property.
10. The bunk bed is a single bed. It means 1 person/ bed, please don't disturb your neighbors :)
