The building exterior & interior are inspired from Peranakan style which is the mixed between Portuguese & Chinese as in the olden days in Phuket.

We offers both private & dormitory styles. Comfortable large bunk bed with high ceiling & curtain for additional privacy for each bed. With extra-large locker under the bed, you can put all your luggage in side and lock it safely.
Common area & cafe are where you can relax, enjoy and hang out with other travelers/local people.

Very friendly staff. as for hygiene, it was a nightmare. The two toilets are used both by hostel residents and cafe visitors. While hostellers are not allowed to use footwear in the premises, I have seen cafe users enter with shoes. Further, it is a huge concern especially for women (UTI!) to share toilets with so many people. There should be separate toilets for men and women, not open to cafe visitors. Room was dirty when I checked in, wasn’t cleaned through my entire stay.

The staff and the cafe underneath were lovely, they served amazing food. However the beds were rock hard, and the bathrooms where the same ones used for the restaurant, very open. We left early since we had difficulty sleeping on the beds and the overall atmosphere of the room. If you stay here only for a day or 2 not for a full week.

Only complaints are lack of laundry to use and not really great privacy curtains or walls on the top bunks in the 8 person dorm. Good location and friendly staff, good aircon + fan.
