Located in the heart of the city, on the emblematic Rua de Santa Catarina, we are just a few steps away from shops, restaurants, cafés, cultural attractions, and the main points of interest in the historic center.

At Travel & Live, we believe that a hostel is much more than a place to sleep. It is a place to meet people, discover the city, share stories, and create memories.

The best location to discover Porto
Our location allows you to explore much of the city on foot and have quick access to public transport.

Metro: approximately 1 minute on foot.

Rua de Santa Catarina: right outside the hostel.

Nightlife: approximately 10 minutes on foot.

Douro River: approximately 20 minutes on foot.

Main attractions in the center: easily accessible on foot.

After a day exploring Porto, you can return to the hostel and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere full of personality.

Our decoration is unique and combines artworks by artists and friends, natural elements, vibrant colors, and contemporary furniture. Every detail was designed to create a cheerful, comfortable environment different from traditional accommodations.

Policies and Conditions
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

Reception: from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

For arrivals outside reception opening hours, we recommend that guests contact the hostel in advance to receive all necessary information.

Cancellation
The reservation may be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before the expected arrival date, in accordance with the reservation conditions.

Payment
Payment is normally made upon arrival, in cash.

To guarantee the reservation and ensure payment, Travel & Live Hostel reserves the right to charge in advance the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay. This charge may be made before arrival, whenever deemed necessary by the hostel.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is not included in the reservation amount.

A municipal tax of €3 per person, per night, applies, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the accommodation rate.

Important information
There is no curfew. Guests may come and go freely during their stay.

Children are not allowed in shared rooms.

We recommend checking the specific reservation conditions before arrival.
