WHO WE ARE
Baan Mai Kradan 'Lifestyle' Hostel is originally an old Thai house built in 1964 or over 50 years old where we completely renovate the old wooden house and resurrect it on 7 October 2017. Today the lifestyle hostel provides its residents with premium co-living accommodation - right at the heart of the city. Baan Mai Kradan Lifestyle Hostel is located in the downtown area of Chiang Rai and is just a few minutes walk from Saturday Walking Street and Free City Tour by TRAM!
Famous Temples, so-called WAT in Thai, such as Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Ming Muang, Wat Phra Sing, Wat Klang Wiang, and city attractions like FREE City Tour (main station nearby The King Mengrai the Great Memorial), City Clock Tower (designed by the famous artist Ajarn Chalermchai Kositpipat), Fresh Market are all within walking distance.
1. Cancellation policy: Cancellation is non-refundable.
2. Check-in from 14:00 to 20:00.
3. Check out before 12:00 noon.
Note: Early check-in & late check-out (not later than 1 PM) are subject to room availability with our permission.
4. Payment upon arrival by cash or local bank transfer only.
5. Breakfast included (Salad Bar) / +80 THB for Hot-Food Set Menu Breakfast (Optional).
6. Children under 10 years of age sharing parent's room and bedding stay for free (private room only). Extra bed is chargeable (THB 300).
7. Reception working hours 8:00-20:00. (Guests can also contact our mobile phone to check in or check out in case of before or after working hours, just let us know before arrival.)
