We’re truly happy to welcome you to Puerto Natales and help you make the most of your Torres del Paine experience.

⚠️ **Very Important:**
With Hostelworld reservations, we usually **do not receive your WhatsApp number or direct contact information**, which can make communication difficult — especially for late arrivals.

Please, after reading this message, we kindly ask you to **send us a WhatsApp message or share your contact number** so we can stay in touch and properly coordinate your arrival.

## 🕒 Reception & Check-in Hours (VERY IMPORTANT)

Our **reception is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (22:00 hrs)**.

Regular **check-in is from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM**, and it must be completed within this time frame, as we have staff available to personally welcome you, explain everything, and assist with any questions.

⚠️ After 10:00 PM, reception is closed.

If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, it is **mandatory to contact us in advance via WhatsApp** so we can send you the access code and clear entry instructions. Without prior coordination, we cannot guarantee access.

If you arrive before 2:00 PM, you’re welcome to wait in our common areas (please note that general cleaning takes place between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM).

We do not offer breakfast, but we provide:

• A fully equipped shared kitchen
• Free tea and coffee
• Comfortable common areas to relax and meet other travelers
• A cozy and sustainable atmosphere (much of the hostel is built with recycled materials)

We also recommend booking in advance:

• Torres del Paine tours
• Camping gear rental
• Bicycles
• 4x4 vehicles

As locals, we’re always happy to help you plan the best experience according to your time and interests.

## 💳 Payments & Conditions

• Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival
• Rates do not include VAT (19%)
• USD payments accepted in cash, Wise, PayPal, or WeTravel
• When paying via Wise, PayPal, or WeTravel, platform transaction fees must be covered by the guest
• Credit card payments are accepted only in Chilean pesos (CLP) and VAT will apply
• The property may pre-authorize your credit card

🕙 Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
We can store your luggage after check-out if needed.
