We are a family run business, who take pride in cleanliness, comfort, and make sure our guests feel like they are at home.

Our friendly staff will happily greet you, and show you around this upscale industrial style establishment. At Entaneer we provide many amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A large kitchen is provided where you can enjoy free breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, cookware and a fridge to store personal items.

Once inside the front entrance, you will find an open and relaxed communal area that has a variety of board games, TV with access to movies, a large seating area to work, eat, or get to know other guests, and a bar that serves delicious food and drinks. Finally, we provide a free high speed wifi for our guests to use as needed.

In the dorm rooms, you will find that we prioritize comfort and privacy. There are a maximum of six beds in each dorm, separated by walls and a large curtain. You will feel like you have your own private space, which includes air conditioning, storage lockers, and a personal wall outlet and reading light.

Entaneer is located near Chaing Mai old town, is a short 2-3 minutes walk from the Wua Lai Saturday walking street market, and is close to several restaurants and pubs.

Feel free to ask our helpful staff at the reception for their knowledge and assistance in arranging any day trips or tours in the area.

Also, keep an eye on our events board where we post weekly activities such as market trips, cooking classes, board game night, and movie night.

***Cancellation and No-show policies***
1. At least 3 days before check-in time for free cancellation. NO refund will be processed in case of failure to comply with this policy.
2. NO refund will be processed for in-house guests who would like to shorten their stay.
3. Please note that any deposit paid at the time of booking was a commission kept by HostelWorld. We do not receive any deposit paid. Guests will need to contact HostelWorld to discuss the refunds of the deposits.
4. In case guests do not turn up for your booking on the date defined (No-show), you will be charged for the full amount of your booking to your credit card given on the site.
5. To request date change of your stay, please contact us via email or Whatsapp at least 3 days before check-in time. NO refund or further actions will be processed in case of failure to comply with this policy.

***Property Policies & Conditions***
1. Reception working hours: 07:00-22:00.
2. Check out before 11:00. A fee of a 100 THB/hour applies in case of late check-out.
3. Payment can be proceeded upon arrival by cash or card (A fee of 3% applies for card payment).
4. Please be aware that you might be charged a prepayment of the balance due of the reservation at any time to your credit card given on the site prior to arrival.
5. A key card and damage deposits of 1,000 THB/stay are required in cash only.
6. NO smoking in room/dorm, smoking area outside the building provided.
7. Please note that bed(s)/room(s) will be allocated after reservation is made in mixed dorm (2-6 beds) and female dorm (3-5 beds).
8. The AC in all dorm rooms will be turned off from 11.00 to 14.00 for energy saving purposes.

The Entaneer Poshtel has a strict NO under 18 years of age policy unless accompanied by with a parent or official guardian at all times. By booking with us, you agree in full to all policies and conditions.
