ABOUT US:
We are just a SMALL and CHILLED OUT hostel close to the old town, with capacity of 24 people maximum, managed on WHATSAPP by Lý; help running by Ly's parents (from Hà Nội) and her local’s friends (around Hội An). We are just a HAPPY FAMILY, who is enjoying our life in EVERY MOMENTS so if you think you are the SAME, come and STAY with us.
✌️Nhung, our loveliest receptionist, is a hardworking but also very chilled lady. She really wants to practice English and improve herself every day so that she can become a “better version” of herself and become a “better English teacher” to her kids.
*** Mr. Huệ is a young spirit, really polite and professional. He is a little bit introvert so you should intend to have a conversation with him, he will honestly answer any questions you have for him.
👩‍🍳 Ly’s parents are the most honest, kind and hospitable locals you can meet, they are the hardest workers in the house, staying up late and getting up early to make sure everyone always has a hot breakfast served and a nutritious, filling and delicious family dinner.
👍 Ms.Hường is the legendary house keeper, who has been working with Lý since 2017, with over 30 years of experience, always keeping every corner of the house clean, airy, the bed always flat and soft for you to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring this beautiful city of Hoi An.

ABOUT OUR LITTLE HOMEAWAY FROM HOME:
- Working hour: 8AM - 5PM
- After 5pm: Send us an email to do self check-in
- We have spacious shared dorm rooms (4-6 people/room, NO BUNK BEDS).
- Monthly washed and Comfy pillows and mattresses.
- Lockers, air-conditioning and curtains around each bed.
- Simple and clean en-suite bathrooms with hot water showers.

🚨 ABOUT OUR PROPERTY POLICES AND CONDITIONS:
1. Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival.
2. Check in from 13:00 to 21:00.
3. Check out before 11:00.
4. Payment upon arrival by Cash or Credit card (5% required).
5. Taxes: included.
6. Breakfast: included.
7. Family Dinner 90k (Not included)
8. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided.
9. Reception Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
10. No Children under 16.
11. No guests older than 50.
12. Guests are asked to not use the kitchen for cooking purposes.
13. We reserve the right to refuse entry to poorly behaved individuals and those who violate house rules.
