Cancellation policy: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival. After this period or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

• Luggage storage is available if you arrive before check-in or leave after check-out.
• Taxes: Colombian citizens and foreign residents must pay 19% VAT, not included in the rate.
• Guests must be 18 years or older.
• Small pets are allowed only in private rooms with additional cost and conditions.
• Payment is made at arrival in cash or card. The property may pre-authorize your card.
• Breakfast is only included in private rooms. On shared dormitories the breakfast can be purchased at reception or in advance.
