You couldn’t pay me to sleep here again. No A/C in the rooms and the single tiny fan is broken. The room felt 5 degrees hotter than the outside temperature when it was 37 degrees and I couldn’t sleep even 10 minutes. No lock on washroom for privacy after shower to change. I don’t think the washroom was cleaned either.

Great place. Lovely atmosphere, staff, and guests. My score would’ve been a full point higher if the person below me didn’t get hit with some of the worst bed bug bites I’ve seen in a while. Hoping the hostel goes through and sanitizes all their stuff 🙏

Bathroom on our floor out of service. Only one shower available which was filthy. No water in one of the bathrooms. Building is old and it is clear it has structural issues, smells damp and musty. Staff are wonderful and so helpful, management needs to make changes for the comfort of guests!! Environment created by other guests is also great, easy to meet and talk to new people! Not accessible (no elevator) and no laundry services either as they were also out of service!
