Lisbon Chillout Hostel

The staff was warm and friendly. Special shoutout to Rebecca! Everyone I talked to at the reception was helpful and kind. The hostel location is quiet and seems safe. The room and bathroom were clean. My only (minor) complaint was the low pressure in the shower, making it difficult to wash hair. Overall, it was perfect. I only stayed for one night but would come back for a longer stay!

It’s a good hostel. Good vibe and social but not too many things going on. Facilities were clean. Kind of far from the centre but still walkable. Staff were so nice and accommodating, they let me extend nights in the same room and bed the night before.

You couldn’t pay me to sleep here again. No A/C in the rooms and the single tiny fan is broken. The room felt 5 degrees hotter than the outside temperature when it was 37 degrees and I couldn’t sleep even 10 minutes. No lock on washroom for privacy after shower to change. I don’t think the washroom was cleaned either.
