We made a reservation for 2, when we arrived they split us into 2 rooms because "they were fully booked and there was no room for the both of us". The bathroom on the 2nd floor was completely broken, a moving toilet sit, a shower without a head nor lock on the door, a sink that was also broken. The beds in the room were extremely dirty and unpleasant. In the laundry room at the entrance they store and cook food every morning next to clean clothes. The staff was also unwelcoming nor helpful.

There was significant mould in the room, it felt quite run down. The staff weren’t too friendly, it felt as if they were ‘doing their job’ and nothing more.
