Mimosa Tulum Boutique Hotel & Hostel offers cosiness and luxury come together perfectly at Mimosa, bringing you a boutique hotel simultaneously modern, friendly, chic and cosy.

You'll find a fresh coastal jungle vibe infused with traditional Mexican culture and a wee bit of whimsy. At Mimosa, we are proud to offer the only secure Teepee sleeping experience. Come relax in our concrete teepees, each equipped with a queen mattress and Air Conditioning.

Our hostel contains 6 individual beds downstairs, each with individual closet, safety deposit box, curtain for privacy, USB port, electric socket, personal light, fan and air conditioning.

Each guest has access to our beautiful turquoise pool complete with outdoor shower.

Just beyond the pool you'll find our simple cozy bar with both bar and sofa seating. In addition each guest may access our Palapa Lounge, just above the bar. Relax and read, grab a snack, order a drink and enjoy the breeze.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be fully charge.

Check in from: 3 pm to 10 pm
Check out before: 12 pm
Reception available from: 7 am to 10 pm
Bar: 7 am to 11 pm.
Payment will be charge directly to credit card 7 days prior to arrival.
Taxes not included.

Pet friendly $250.00 MXN per day.

Very laid back place in Tulum Centro, I particularly liked the loft area above the bar. The place felt clean and taken care of and the staff and owner were very friendly and always open for questions/conversation. It was really quiet in terms of guests when I stayed there which took some of the atmosphere away, but that’s something mostly out of the hostel/hotel’s control.

We loved our stay at Mimosa! The staff were so friendly and attentive, we stayed in a double private room and had everything we needed including towels, A/C, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The pool was great to hang by and the bar offered deals on drinks. We rented their bikes for a day which was great. Would highly recommend and would stay again 😊

Everything about this place was perfect, especially the staff. They have bikes you can hire which means that the beach & ruins are only 5-10 minutes away. There is a great burger place just behind the property. The hostel felt so relaxed, comfortable and safe. The staff make it feel like a family environment and they let us leave our bags, check in early and check out later. The pool is really nice and lots of space to chill. Highly recommend the tepees. We will be back, 10/10.
