Excellent location in Colombo and place looked as advertised. Highly attentive and helpful staff who allowed us to store our bags for the day and let us shower after checkout before a long night train which was fantastic. worth noting the private bathrooms are with a separate shared bathroom and not attached to the room. overall a great stay

We stayed in the private double bedroom for 3 nights. The hostel staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to arrange transport. Not much of an atmosphere here (this may have been since we came out of season?), although that suited us as we were in town for a wedding. Note that the private bathroom is down the corridor from the private bedroom (ie not ensuite). It had quite poor ventilation and smelt a bit damp.
