We are an independently owned and operated hostel tailored to the fun loving, social and budget constrained backpackers/travellers. We work to create an inclusive social environment that gives you a sense of home and family.
Our dorms are spacious and each have an en-suite bathroom. We have a wonderful full time cleaner who keeps our place clean and comfy.
The common room and Kitchen are open for all guests, and comfortable place to interact with other travellers.
Additionally, we have a bar on the ground floor where you get to interact with the local culture and have a general good time.
We are available all the time to help you with your travel plans and consultations on activities during your stay with us.

The reception works 24-hours.

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .

Payment is through card only.

For any non refundable booking we request the balance to be send to us as soon as booking is done. we will contact you with a message and account details.

I had the Best room with a balcony, it was a dream! It’s cheaper to eat at the hostel, the chef is amazing! The staff were very nice and clean! Noni was just the best, she made me feel at home and helped me when I was stuck with atm card issues. Also Neba got me sorted many times when I asked and offered to drop us at the bus station at 4am when we booked a trip to Danakil! He’s the king! Amazing parties at the bar, especially the new year bonfire! I will miss Mad Vervet!

Generally there was a really good atmosphere at this hostel and I got to know some very interesting people while I was there. The architecture of the building is also really interesting. The one drawback is that there could be more effort made towards engaging guests and providing them with information or support when they arrive, particularly by staff working on reception.

Acting as the commercial and cultural hub of Ethiopia, it has historic museums, churches and neighbourhoods, which give you a feel for the area's varied ambiance. Explore parks, shop at markets or spend some time in the abundant surrounding nature, including forest parks and botanical gardens.

From Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, it takes around 15 minutes to reach the centre. You can get a taxi or bus from the front of the arrivals terminal. Autobus Tera is the main bus station for intercity travel. To travel between sights, there's a tram that serves much of the city, or you can hail minibuses and taxis that will stop wherever it's safe for them to do so.
