Masaya Hostel Medellin Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: .Free cancellation until 48H before arrival. Then, a penalty of 100% of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation within 48H before arrival or no show. If the reservation is for more than 2 nights, the penalty will be capped at the equivalent of the first two nights.
Special conditions for the following dates: Easter Holidays - Bank Holidays - From the 20th December to the 20th January: 100% of the reservation will apply in case of cancellation within 48H before arrival or no show.
Special Conditions:
For reservations during the Feria de las Flores (August 1st to 10th, 2025), guests may also cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. A 100% penalty will apply for cancellations made within 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
For reservations with a stay date between January 22 and 25, 2026, guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. A 100% penalty will apply for cancellations made within 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
