MOM is a vibrant, adults-only backpacker hostel with two newly refurbed swimming pools, an onsite bar and café, and a fun, social atmosphere that makes it easy to meet people from all over the world 🌍

During the Dry Season (April–October), the hostel truly comes alive with live music and events every day of the week 🎶🔥 perfect for backpackers looking for new friends, good vibes, great location and unforgettable memories.

MOM is a fantastic place to call home while completing your regional work whether you’re here for 88 days or 179. We have long term accommodation available for our guests so come stay with us and find your MOM family while completing your regional days. Long term spots are limited to secure a spot please speak with reception after you check in.

Booking Terms & Conditions 📋
🎂 Age Requirement

All guests must be 18 years or older to stay at MOM.
Dormitory rooms are for guests aged 18–40 years only.
A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
MOM reserves the right to cancel bookings that do not meet this policy.

📧 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check all details carefully and contact us straight away if anything looks incorrect.

💳 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for standard bookings

Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay

Non-refundable rates are strictly non-refundable

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

🚫 No-Show Policy

If you don’t arrive on your check-in date and haven’t contacted us, the first night will be charged, and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled.

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 😴

No smoking inside the hostel 🚭

Please respect fellow guests and hostel property 🤝

No BYO alcohol allowed on site 🍺❌

🔐 Liability

MOM is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Lockers are available — please use them for your valuables.

✏️ Changes to Bookings

Any booking changes must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.

🌪️ Force Majeure

MOM is not liable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
