Woken up at 6am everyday from extremely loud construction outside window as hostel doing works to their building (not public works like they say on Google reviews). Bad atmosphere mostly longterm stays. Kitchen badly equipped, washing up liquid watered down - unsanitary. Worst of all, was due to check out 7am for a tour and the hostel announced there would be no water to the entire property 5-7am. Asked staff what to do and they said use toilet at 4:50am. Outrageous, had to pay for new hotel.

It’s got to be the best place if you want to party at the hostel. I think they should have a more seperate communal area from the partying though, because otherwise you are sitting and eating your food right next to everyone partying which is a bit awkward. Also this hostel does not have communal cutlery and plates/bowls which is really puzzling. You can buy a cutlery kit, but guests storing cutlery and plates in the rooms cant be good for bugs if they arent perfectly clean.

Nice place, dorms could be better but it is what it is, no plugs for top bunks. Pools nice but salty. Bars got good prices on jugs. Close to everything, great cheap thai place right across.
