Reserva Natural Tucuchira is a family-run nature reserve managed by members of the Tikuna Indigenous community, offering authentic and sustainable experiences in one of the most biodiverse places on Earth.

Located a few minutes from the Indigenous community of Santa Sofía, deep in the Colombian Amazon, Tucuchira is a place to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with nature. With no electricity or Wi-Fi, you'll enjoy candlelit evenings, incredible star-filled skies, and the unforgettable sounds of the rainforest.

Our experiences are designed for small groups, allowing for a more personal connection with the Amazon while minimizing environmental impact. During your stay, you can enjoy:

Getting Here

Your journey begins in Leticia, Colombia. From there, you can take a public speedboat to the Indigenous community of Santa Sofía, with departures generally at 7:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 1:00 PM.

Once you arrive in Santa Sofía, our team will meet you and accompany you to the reserve.

If you're traveling as a group, we can also help arrange private transportation from Leticia.
