Xin Chào! We’re Lyna, Linh and Finlay - your family here at Saclo Hostel in Hoi An.
SacLo was born from our love of travel and meeting people from around the world. We wanted to create a space where fellow travellers can connect, share stories, and create lifelong memories. We also offer travel agency services and can help you with any of your travel plans in Vietnam.
Each of our comfortable bamboo dorm beds are equipped with a reading light, locker and charging point. The rooms are also fitted out with air conditioning, a fan, fridge and storage space. We provide a free towel when you arrive, to use in our ensuite bathrooms that feature a rain shower with hot water and great water pressure. We also have a luxurious pool to beat the warm weather and free Wi-Fi available throughout the hostel.
To kick off your day, free breakfast is included, featuring our famous, crowd-favourite banana pancake. We host regular family dinners and outings so everyone in the hostel can get to know each other. These dinners have helped create many new travel buddies and lifelong friendships. We will be happy to help you plan any activities here in Hoi An and throughout Vietnam. Please feel free to reach out to me (Lyna) for help planning any activities for your stay.

Terms and Policies:
Cancellation policy: Please notify us at least 2 days before your intended arrival. Late cancellations or 'no shows' will incur a charge equivalent to the first night of your stay.
Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00. Kindly inform us if you plan to arrive after 19:00.
Check out before 11:00.
Reception: Open 24 hours.
Taxes are not included. An additional 15% will be charged upon arrival.
No curfew.
Child-friendly.
Non-smoking, with designated smoking areas provided.
Pet-friendly (we have two dogs).
For group reservations, we usually allocate dorm rooms together. However, due to dorm size limitations, there may be exceptions. Please inform us in advance if this is a specific requirement for your reservation.
