We’re Lyna, Linh, and Finlay — your family here at SacLo Villa & Hostel in Hội An.

SacLo was created from our love of travel and meeting people from around the world. We wanted to build more than just a hostel , a warm and welcoming place where travelers can connect, share stories, and create lifelong memories together. Alongside a cozy stay, we also offer full travel support and can help plan your adventures throughout Hội An and Vietnam.

📌 Property Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made at least 2 full days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
2. Cancellations made within 1–2 days before arrival will be charged for the first night only.
3. Cancellations made on the arrival day or No Shows are non-refundable.
4. No refunds will be given after check-in.

Example:
For a check-in on January 20, free cancellation is available until January 17 at 11:59 PM.

Reservation Policy:
Confirmed reservations will be held until 11:59 PM local time on the scheduled arrival date unless we are informed in advance about a late check-in.

Modification Policy:
Please contact us at least 2 days before arrival for any booking changes. Otherwise, penalty fees may apply.
