INFORMATION
Grad Hotel and Hostel is newly renovated and opened 2022. Our wish is to offer affordable accommodation right in the centre of the city. Free WiFi access and a fully equipped shared kitchen with a nice dining area.
We offer private rooms and also dormitory rooms. We do have a separate female only dorm as well.
All private and dormitory have shared bathroom facilities, and most of the rooms are without a window.
We have four big shared showers, separate male and female showers on each floor. You can also find 15 wc in the hotel.
The multilingual staff can help suggest restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding area. Attractions such as the Old Town and the Royal Palace are 3 metro stops away. Radmansgatan Metro Station is 3 minuets away from Grad hotel and hostel.
TERMS & CONDITION
Cancellation policy - Standard rates: 30 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. 15% deposit is always payed directly to HostelWorld and something the hotel has no involvement in. The first night cancellation fee is based on the remaning 85%.
We do have a non-refundable booking policy!Â
Non-refundable: You will be charged the total price if you cancel your booking.
Prepayment: The total price of the reservation will be charged after booking and we only accept payment by credit card. If your card is not valid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such a case, payments, such as the deposit, are non-refundable.
CHECK-IN: from 15.00 - 22.00 (check-in after 22.00 you must contact the reception to arrange a late check-in and the reason why)
CHECK-OUT: Before 11:00
Taxes included
When you check-out, just leave the bedlinen and the towel on the bed. Return the keycard in the drop-box in reception.
GENERAL
No smoking inside the hotel, not outside the entrance, and not on the street near by (respect for our neighbors).
Reception open hours 10.00-22.00
Guests under the age of 18 can only check-in if traveling as part of a family.
Please note that alcohol and all kind of druguse are prohibited throughout the property.
