Groups of friends or couples unfortunately can NOT be accommodated by us, and booking multiple reservations to bypass this rule is not allowed and will be cancelled by us.

WHAT WE ARE 🏝️
Barefoot Backpackers Hostel, Hiriketiya Beach is a SOCIAL hostel surrounded by greenery in a tropical garden with ocean view. We are only a 7-minute walk from the famous Hiriketiya beach and just a few minutes to the most beautiful Dickwella Beach. Our goal is to bring backpackers together and offer a relaxed and fun space for surfing, exploring, sunset drinks and connecting with other backpackers.

ACTIVITIES ✨
In high season we host social dinners, volleyball, beach days and other activities and perfect for meeting new friends.

💫 Check-in: 14:00–20:00
💫 Check-out: 08:00–11:00
💫 Quiet hours: 23:00–07:00
💫 A/C hours: 18:00–11:00
💫 Dorms: curtain-free dorms – designed for a friendly, open atmosphere
💫 No guest kitchen: all day brunch & coffee available at reception
💫 Cancellation Policy: 1 day minimum (24 hours) before arrival date (not check in time)
💫 A cancellation deposit might be required before arrival. You will receive an email with the payment link when applicable — please check your inbox a few days before arrival (including your SPAM/JUNK folder) to avoid your reservation being automatically cancelled.
