Really great place to stay in Hanoi! I stayed here for 1 night to recover and relax away from the bigger hostels and it was lovely. Very spacious private room with a comfortable bed and strong AC and fan. There was even a cute rooftop balcony. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would recommend staying here!

Room is not like the photos. Felt a bit unsafe as the door was half rotted and ceiling tiles half missing. We were woke up multiple times in the night to what sounded like rats running through the room. Staff and customer service were lovely, however the rooms were not up to expectations
