Fellow travelers when you arrive at the airport taxis are expensive at $15 a trip. Get a metro only cost 25c any distance work out before hand whete you need to travel to. Hostel no wifi is poor but then again, there is a very limited wifi in most areas. Hostel is OK but you get the same breakfast every day. Fellow traveller's were what made this ok

The hostel is very clean, and the staff is great. They have lunch and dinner options if you want to eat there, and it’s very good as well. Facilities are good and room is comfortable. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient when you have a flight to catch, but it’s far from the other attractions. The public transportation in Dili works from 6am to 6pm only, so you need to consider that if you don’t want to pay for a taxi.

Had a lovely stay at Da Terra - food and staff were awesome and it had a nice cosy feel. There is no Wi-Fi, which can be a draw back depending on what you're after. I would still definitely go back if returning to Dili (unless i had an early flight - it was a tricky place to get a taxi from).
