There are many positives to this hostel: The staff were helpful and accommodating, the dorm beds were very nice, the location is pretty good is as quiet as it gets for downtown Hanoi. Some improvments could be made: Security was pretty lax here, often the night security was sleeping, the dorms have no key/lock: I would not leave any valuables in this hostel in its current arrangement. There is not much atmosphere, however this can be good encouragement to get out to see Hanoi!

Best staff in Vietnam! They helped me with a late check-in twice and organized a trip to Ha Long bay for me, and even offered me a free night. AC in the dorms is divine, they had the world cup games on, breakfast is delicious. Truly 10/10 experience.
