Cancellation policy: If you cancel up to 48 hours before the arrival date, no charges will be incurred. If you cancel outside of this timeframe or in case of a no-show, a 100% charge of the first night will apply.
Check in from 15:00 to 22:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Exceeding one hour past the check-out time will incur additional costs for the guest. In case the room is available for a later departure, there will be a charge of $500 pesos.
