7. Laundry machine fee is 60 baht per use and is self service.

9. Help us save electricity- when nobody is in the room before going out please turn off lights and air condition.

Toilets and shower areas dirty, floor sticky with wee, bins not empty, surfaces not cleaned down, bed sheets not changed, this has been the worse place I've stayed in.

they made me pay double the price to extend the room for a night. there was also no water and my key card to get back into the hostel didn't work. So I was locked out at night time.
