Summary of traveller reviews

Arc House Pop Art in Madrid offers a central location, appreciated by travellers. However, recent reviews frequently mention issues with cleanliness, broken facilities like lockers and toilets, and a lack of essential kitchenware. Some guests also report problems with door codes and a generally unwelcoming atmosphere, making it less suitable for solo female travellers.

My biggest issue is with the locks; the women's bathroom was missing locks in the stalls and the locks on the rooms would glitch and not open. Then there was the lack of communication with the establishment, I was going to be late and communicated it multiple times, did the early check-in, etc. I was told they would send me the codes but they did not. I had to ring for entrance at least seven times.

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. This place is a borderline homeless shelter with people that seem to live there. People were in and out of the room all night, sketchy people hanging out near the front door. Lockers don’t lock, even once you’ve put your lock through it? Plus the room door only closed half the time. Hallway smelt like urine. Bunks are also unusually small, like they are meant for children. Do not recommend this place at all but especially for young females.
