No possibility to buy something to drin After 7.30 pm. Machine didn‘t work for days. No space in a six bed room. Check in All Night long. Nobody really slept. Double beds. When the Upper or lower person moved the other one woke up. And so on.

The only window/door to our balcony was broken and we had to keep it closed the whole time. Kitchen facilities not suitable for the amount of people, there was only a tiny fridge which was packed full. The fridge was also filthy. There was a sign saying to label our food but they didn't provide any labels or markers so we couldn't label our food. One morning, found that our food had been thrown out (€40 worth), including unopened food and they didn't even bother to clean the dirty fridge.
