Summary of traveller reviews

Urban Slumber Hostel in Hanoi offers a great location, close to train street and the old quarter. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. The beds provide good privacy with curtains and walls. It's a calm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for solo travellers or those seeking a quiet stay, rather than a party scene. Some recent reviews mention that bathrooms could be cleaner and more numerous.

Urban Slumber is in a great location & the beds are very private, with a curtain and walls between you and the other beds. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I wish I could say the same for the other guests staying here. I want to preface this by saying I’ve stayed in hostels all over the world, and I’ve never come across other guests so inconsiderate (e.g. using hair dryers at 1am, watching videos without headphones through the night etc). This really impacted our enjoyment at this hostel.

The hostel had everything you need and staff were friendly. A close walk to some markets and more central areas.
