Check in / Check out
• Check in time: After 14:00 Check out time: Before 11:00
• Depending on availability, an earlier check-in time may be possible.
• Guests who check out later than 11:00 will be charged for an extra night.
• A current passport (foreigner) or a national identification card (Thai citizen) is required upon checking in. All personal data will be kept private and confidential.

Payments
• Full payment is required upon check-in. You may pay by cash only.
• A refundable cash deposit of 500THB is required upon check-in for the room key (200THB) and the provided towel (300THB). Missing items or any room damage result in partial / no refund.
• In the case of a no-show or leaving before the check-out date, you will be charged for the full amount of the total reservation.

Rooms
• Please do not change beds or use another bed to store your belongings on. If guests use any other beds than the one they are assigned to, they will have to pay for an extra bed.
• Guests are not allowed to go inside any other rooms other than the one assigned.
• Guest visitors are permitted in the outside common areas. However, visitors are prohibited to enter any of the rooms at all times. There will be a penalty charge of 1000THB, and the guest will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
• The air conditioning in all dormitory rooms will be off between 10:30-17:00.
• The air conditioning in the private rooms must be turned off when exiting the room.
• All doors should be locked and must remain closed after entering / exiting the room. All windows should be closed and locked at night time and when the air conditioning is on.
• No pets allowed.

Housekeeping
• Daily cleaning service for the rooms will be provided between 11:00 to 14:00.
• The private rooms must notify the reception when leaving the room, so we can arrange for housekeeping to clean it.
• Dorm bathrooms will be cleaned twice a day.
• The bedding and linens can be changed every 3 nights. If you would like the bedding and linen changed after these 3 nights, please inform the front desk before 11:00.

Behavior
• Possession of illegal items such as drugs, weapons, and firearms, is prohibited. Those in possession of any illegal item will be reported to police and asked to leave without refund.
• Inappropriate behavior, such as sex, in any common areas including dormitories, bathrooms, common rooms, and other public spaces will not be tolerated. Common areas are shared spaces for all of our guests, so please be respectful of others. Those who are not in compliance with this rule will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
• Smoking indoors is prohibited in all the rooms throughout the building. According to Thai law, a 2000THB fine will be charged to anyone who smokes indoors or in any of the areas clearly marked as non-smoking.
• Bringing alcoholic drinks from outside is not allowed at the bar, courtyard and gardens.
• Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Please be respectful and mindful of others.
