Hostel Amigo Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: Anytime before arrival - in case of a cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full value of your stay.

12.5% city tax will be charged separately via pay by link or upon arrival - cash, credit card or debit card, VAT is included.

A 50 Euro safety deposit via debit or credit card is required for check in at the hostel.

No Smoking. Smoking in and near the property is strictly forbidden and is subject to 250 EUR fine.
It is not allowed to bring external guests to the rooms.

The property is located in a residential area and guests are required to refrain from making excessive noise at and near the property.

Guests can stay at the hostel for a maximum of 6 days within any 365 day period.

We are a youth hostel and age restrictions apply for staying with us.
Only people aged between 18 and 40 can stay in a bed in dormitory rooms.
For private rooms there is no age restriction.

all and all, great experience! everyone working there was nice, felt really safe and hostel had a group chat you can make friends on! however because it was quite far from the city i lost quite some time on walking and taking the tram. but it was cheaper than most so i am not complaining haha

Don’t go these days as the station near the hostel is under construction and you need to walk for miles to get to the station, far away from the city centre its better to spend some more on the hostel than on public transport and if you are a budget its the best

Far from everything. The stairs are crazy, never seen such a thing like that. It doesnt look like a hostel. People dont communicate.
