Summary of traveller reviews

ROX Madrid offers a fantastic central location, perfect for exploring the city. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds with privacy curtains and the helpful, friendly staff. While some mention a lack of common space and a basic kitchen setup, the value for money is frequently highlighted. It's a great spot for solo travellers and couples seeking a convenient base.

Probably would not stay hear again. The rooms did not have locks but I did feel rather safe. The rooms are tiny and crowded with stuff. Kitchen and hang out area are super small. Bathrooms were decent and I was able to get to most places in the city well

Staff were lovely, the beds and sleeping areas are great. There's not a lot of space for hanging out in the common room and the kitchen is just a microwave. Ideal location and great value for money, with great shower/bathroom/locker facilities. Highly recommend!!

all the basic faciloties that you would expect in a hostel are absent in this property: no common room, no shared kitchen, no lockers for guests. Everything is offered as an extra, also lockers wwhere to leave your stuff (also if you are carrying your own locker). No hostel vibes. This is just a property with a bunch of bunkbeds in a few rooms
