The hostel is good for its money - the location is good and everything is clean and safe. However, it was the first time in our life when the hostel didn’t have a luggage room. We arrived at 12, the check in is at 14:00 and we had to ask several times whether we could at least drop the bags off in the room. Check out - you have to take the bags. Another gigantic drawback - the hostel ignored phone calls and chat messages. So in case of an emergency it’s impossible to reach the place by phone.
