Cancellation & No-Show Policy
No-show: If you do not show up for your reservation, we will charge the full amount of your booking.
Flexible Rate: Cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours before arrival (3 PM). If canceled later, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Non-refundable Rate: Once booked, cancellations will incur a charge of the total amount at any time after the reservation is made.

Check-out until 11:00 AM.

Payment on arrival with cash, credit and debit cards.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The best part was having the beds with blackout curtains. I stayed in a 9 bed female dorm and managed to sleep quite peacefully, because of the curtains. Also, they have most equipments for the kitchen. Although, the fridge seems to be over stocked all the time. There is expired stuff lying in the fridges, which needs to be cleared out. I also really enjoyed my conversations with Xander, who is the best reception manager and very kind too.

Mixed experience. I was the only woman in the dorm, which made me a bit uncomfortable. Also noise from the street and sometimes loud music could be heard in the evening and at night. The room and bed was overall nice and with great aircon. Location is convenient. However, bathrooms were gross - flooding from showers and neither sinks nor toilets were particularly clean. Further, one time the cleaners threw out my toiletries and water bottle left on the sink while I was quickly using the toilet.
