Very disappointed. I paid extra for a female-only dorm but there was a man staying in the room, which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. To make matters worse, a male staff member entered the room in the middle of the night without explanation. This raised serious concerns about safety and privacy. The hostel was more expensive than others I’ve stayed in and did not meet expectations. I would not recommend.

Property was fine but customer service sucked. Took FOREVER to check out of our hostel because no one was at the front desk. I also left a pair of headphones here and the phone number listed doesn’t work. After initially contacting them via email, they said they’d look for them but they’ve ghosted the past 7 emails I’ve sent.
