Fantastic experience! Highly recommend the pods because the bed is huuuge and the privacy is outstanding even with other people in the room. Absolutely worth the money. The location is wonderful, only a short walk to main attractions and Dean Village is just around the corner.

Room 1 with the pod beds has a bed bug infestation and has had one for months. Upon check-in, we discovered bedbugs along the curtains. There's another review on here which mentions these bed bugs from 7 months ago (we mistakenly missed this when booking). Staff told us that they've been working to mitigate the bed bugs by spraying twice a month for a while. This means their methods are not working - it sounds like pest management has been handled in-house. What is so distur

The bathrooms were in very poor condition during my stay (sinks clogged and overflowing, showers dirty and mouldy, toilets dirty), and the bedroom wasn’t much better (stains on sheets, dirty flooring). I booked a pod for additional privacy, but it was not worth the upgraded cost, and was not what I expected. It was really a hostel bed w/ curtains. There are lockers available with built-in locks, which is a nice feature. The hostel is a bit of a walk from the city center, but in a decent location
