Pics online don’t match the actual property. Beds were not comfortable, was in a normal bunk bed room and not the pods as shown online. Privacy was minimal and there were no hand dryers in the women’s dorm. Toilet didn’t get cleaned daily and it was just generally cramped and not what I expected :/

The person who checked me in didn’t explain the hostel very well and gave me poor directions, so I didn’t know where all of the rooms were. It was also annoying that, since I was in an en-suite, I didn’t have access to any restrooms outside of my room. Multiple people in my room complained about this since there were 12 of us sharing 1 toilet. Not to mention, the toilet would not flush. Took maybe 6 or 7 tries to flush. Also no freezer, just fridges, and it was very smelly.

I paid £76 for a bed in a 6-person dorm, but the conditions were unacceptable. My locker was broken, so I couldn’t securely store my belongings. The bathroom drain was blocked and had what appeared to be semen on it. The room was filthy, with dirty furniture, no proper ventilation, and was unbearably hot despite it being 13°C outside. The mattress was extremely worn and I could feel the springs. I documented everything with photos/videos. I am requesting a substantial partial refund.
