Sunrise Koh Tao is a small beachfront hotel located directly on Mae Haad Beach, just a few steps from the main pier. Whether you book a private room or stay in our dorm, you’ll be right by the ocean from the moment you arrive.

We offer a relaxed and social atmosphere, but we’re not a party hostel. It’s the perfect place to unwind, meet fellow travelers, enjoy the sunset by the beach, and experience Koh Tao at your own pace.

Our on-site kitchen serves Thai food, snacks, and comfort meals throughout the day, and cafés, dive shops, restaurants, and nightlife are all within walking distance.

The room was great, I just think the beds were missing some hooks to hang our towels. There’s space in the shower but not enough as everyone wants to hang swimmers, wet clothes etc. The hostel has no social life, so it’d be nice if the hostel could organise a few activities to meet some people. The common bathroom always smelled like pee, not sure if it was because of the cat that sits on the sink or what. Besides that everything was great! The people who work there are so nice and helpful.
