Check-out before 11:00 AM

Early Check-in: Strictly NOT allowed under any circumstances.

Cleaning Hours: Dormitories cleaning takes place between 11:00hr and 16:00hr. Common areas are cleaned regularly according to La Candela’s quality standards.

Breakfast not included.

General:

ADMISSION & REGISTRATION:
According to local laws, a valid Passport or National ID is mandatory for all guests. Access instructions will not be provided until documents are validated.

Adult-Only Hostel: Minors under 18 are not allowed. Recommended age for shared dorms: 18-45 years.

HOUSE RULES:
Zero Tolerance for Parties: Prohibited. Violations result in immediate eviction and fines up to €1,000.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Respect our community's rest.
100% Smoke-Free & No Pets: Smoking triggers fire alarms and incurs deep cleaning fees or immediate termination of stay.
Cleanliness: Do not leave trash in hallways/rooms. Keep belongings inside lockers to allow daily cleaning.
Occupancy: Outside guests are strictly prohibited.

SECURITY & FEES:
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €100 per hour delay.
Locks: Do not block doors from the inside. Any locksmith costs caused by this will be charged to the guests.
Façade: Hanging clothes on windows or railings is prohibited.

RECEPTION & ACCESS
• Reception Staffed Hours: Personal on-site available from 14:00hrto 06:00hr.
• No Self Check-in: Check-in must be done in person during staff hours.
• Mandatory Requirement: Guests must have permanent internet access (WiFi or mobile data) to manage their access credentials and property procedures.
GUEST REQUIREMENTS & ITEMS
• Padlocks & Flip-flops: Guests are strongly recommended to bring their own padlocks (for lockers) and flip-flops. However, both items are available for purchase at reception if needed.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
