Located in the peaceful south of Koh Tao, in Chalok Baan Kao, Closca is close to some of the island’s best beaches and viewpoints, while being far enough from the busy party areas to let you relax and enjoy the island. Chalok Bay is just a short walk away, with Shark Bay, Freedom Beach and other beautiful spots easily accessible from the hostel.

At Closca, we believe a great hostel is about more than just a bed. It’s about meeting people, sharing experiences and feeling at home. Our social areas and rooftop terrace are perfect for having a drink, chatting with other travellers, planning your next adventure or simply enjoying the Koh Tao atmosphere.

About Koh Tao

Any island-hopping adventure off Thailand's east coast should feature Koh Tao. The small, lush sister of Koh Samui and Koh Pha-Ngan, this jungle-topped island feels excitingly undiscovered in places.
